Pogo is Chibi's cousin. Pogo isn't seen as often as
Chibi. He's black and has issues with everything going
on. He doesn't do anything either. A completely useless person.

Pogo has no real basis behind him. He's a head. He
was just created to be something semi-funny,
just like Chibi, but he was more of an accident.
Pogo does absolutely nothing to anyone or anything
other than confuse them. Pogo is so small that nobody
really notices he exists.He too does not at all
really serve any purpose in the development of the
plotless story.
