James Orthwald (AKA Jimmy) is a local kid that Jack and
Jill like to pick on. As of now, not much else is known except he has
a funky hair-style.

Jimmy is mainly based on those kids that look like they
want to kill their parents but are actually just
misunderstood. His clothes are roughly based on them
too, as well as Billy Coen's tatoo.
His hair is slightly based on a girl from school,
but it's actually based on "reggae" or whatever.
Jimmy is a kid that is different from everyone else, but
thinks he's pretty cool. Then people like Jack and Jill
come along and foil his plans at being a cool guy.
He builds up a hidden rage over the years and years of
being made fun of, making him an important character,
even though he's rarely seen for a long time.
