UNDER CONSTRUCTION! COME BACK LATER!
Hmm...the history of Jack and Jill;Heaven and Hell... Not too big sadly...
It all started sometime in September of 2002. I drew two characters, a boy and a girl, on a blank sheet in a notebook I didn't plan on using for any school subject.
I named the boy Jack because I thought it was appropriate, and for lack of a good name, I named the girl Jill, like the main feminine persona in Resident Evil. I actually didn't notice the "Jack and Jill" idea. A boy in my graphic design class noticed it. It was a coincidence, really.
I scanned the images and posted them on Totally Resident Evil Forums and some users said "I could see it now, Jack and Jill, the children's book..." or something similar..using Jack and Jill to reach kids in a humorous and vulgar manner.
I soon after began writing a comic to go along with it. I wanted to use its original logo for a project, but my teacher said it was already a used name and I'd get in trouble for copywright infringement. Thus I changed "GOTHIC Jack and Jill" (gothic was written in the background, slightly faded at times. Doesn't matter, they weren't gothic anyway) to "JACK AND JILL: HEAVEN AND HELL", in honor of the 10th Organ, in which Jack and Jill became minions of Heaven and Hell (GOD and DEATH).
Currently, I have completed J&J:H&H. It ended with 24 or so Organs. I am currently working on J&J Part 2, which sadly is straying from its original nonsense. I have yet to get back to my scanner. I've been coloring the first comic in my Graphic Design class, so I might end up posting all color versions instead. If you have any more questions on the history, e-mail me at Other_Attic.
