General Mike McFeely is the leader of the Quad-Team Iron
Penguins(Q-TIP). McFeely has an unhealthy obsession with Jill and her
body. His antics should get him fired, but his superior has the same
likeness to Jill. In general (heh), everybody loves Jill.
OTHER CRAP
McFeely has no real basis behind him. He was based on
a picture I drew of some design on a shirt, only
I transformed the design into a head which became
McFeely.
General McFeely and the Q-TIPs were sent on the mis-
sion of collecting and finding special artifacts that
will save the world from evil and all that jazz.
He eventually discovers the controversy behind The
Unknown. and moves in to help (himself).
