Chibi is a magical little head that transforms people
into what Japanese call "Chibi", which roughly means
"a cuddly little person" (eh...). Jill hates Chibi,
but Jack realizes that he's just there for no pur-
pose but confusing you.

Chibi has no real basis behind him. He's a head. He
was just created to be something semi-funny.
Chibi creates a magic that transforms normal people
into "chibi" versions of themselves. Chibi annoys the
hell out of Jill if she notices him and he doesn't
really serve any purpose in the development of the
plotless story.
